Homemade nut milks are so nutritious and tasty.  This cashew milk recipe is simple to make, the soaked nuts are completely blended in so there's no need to remove the pulp or use a nut milk bag. As a result the milk retains all of the nutrients and fibre of the cashews and nothing goes to waste. Cauliflower Smoothie

This nutritious creamy smoothie is simple to make, just freeze a head of cauliflower and a bunch of ripe bananas weekly and you are good to go! Ingredients: 70grms frozen cauliflower 70grms frozen banana 400mls oat milk 1tbsp maca powder Prep: Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam for 15mins until tender. Set aside to cool completely, then pop into the freezer. Peel and chop a bunch of ripe bananas into thirds, and freeze. Method: Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz. Enjoy! This smoothie is a staple for us and only takes a minute to throw together. It's a handy meal anytime of the day but especially convenient for breakfast. Coconut Chia Pudding

Simple 5 ingredient pudding in 5 minutes. There are many benefits of adding chia seeds to your diet, they are a gluten free protein with all the essential amino acids your body requires.   So Bircher Muesli first came into my life when I worked in Daintree Rainforest in an upmarket resort back in 2007, it was an amazing breakfast spread they put on, but this was my favourite part.
