Golden Turmeric Tea

The benefits:

  • detoxes the body
  • boosts immunity
  • eases the symptoms of cough/head-cold
  • cleanses the blood
  • reduces bloat & inflammation
  • protects liver tissue
Ingredients:

1-2 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp ground ginger
1tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp raw honey
pinch black pepper
1-2 tsp ground cinnamon
half cup coconut milk

Directions:
Fill cup halfway with boiling water

Add turmeric & ginger

Cover & leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes

Stir in remaining ingredients and top up with coconut milk

It's a hug in a mug - enjoy!
