This nutritious creamy smoothie is simple to make, just freeze a head of cauliflower and a bunch of ripe bananas weekly and you are good to go!
70grms frozen cauliflower
70grms frozen banana
400mls oat milk
1tbsp maca powder
Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam for 15mins until tender.
Set aside to cool completely, then pop into the freezer.
Peel and chop a bunch of ripe bananas into thirds, and freeze.
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz.
