Homemade granola is everything.

Serve alongside blueberries, raspberries & grated apple.

Top with coconut yoghurt, nut butter & a sprinkle of bee pollen.

This recipe will fill two baking trays. 


80g coconut oil

250g organic oats

60g pumpkin or sunflower seeds

80g chopped walnuts

80g flaked almonds

80g linseed or chia seed

Preheat the oven to 160'C. Mix all dry ingredients together.

Melt the coconut oil & add to dry mix. Stir well.

Split onto the two trays and bake for 20 mins.

Watch carefully as granola burns in a split second!

Leave to cool. 

Store in an airtight container for up to three weeks. 

For a totally tropical taste, try hazelnuts, dried coconut & goji berries next time round.
