Cauliflower Smoothie

This nutritious creamy smoothie is simple to make, just freeze a head of cauliflower and a bunch of ripe bananas weekly and you are good to go! Ingredients: 70grms frozen cauliflower 70grms frozen banana 400mls oat milk 1tbsp maca powder Prep: Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam for 15/20mins. Set aside to cool completely, then pop into the freezer. Peel and chop a bunch of ripe bananas into thirds, and freeze. Method: Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 2 ripe avocados6 baby tomatoes1/2 red onion1/2 red chilli pepper1/2 tsp garlic paste1/2 tsp cayenne pepperJuice from 1 lime (2 tbsp)Pepper & Himalayan sea salt (seasoned to taste) Method: Remove skin and stone from the avocado & roughly chop into chunks. Dice the tomatoes, red onion & red chilli pepper. Stir into the avocado with garlic,cayenne pepper & lime juice. Taste! Add salt and pepper accordingly!

I made a small version in a 5 inch springform tin, but you can easily double this for a bigger cake tin. This recipe is for a 5 inch cake tin. It makes it easier to get out of the tin if you grease with a little coconut oil before you start.
