I made a small version in a 5 inch springform tin, but you can easily double this for a bigger cake tin. This recipe is for a 5 inch cake tin. It makes it easier to get out of the tin if you grease with a little coconut oil before you start. This smoothie is a staple for us and only takes a minute to throw together. It's a handy meal anytime of the day but especially convenient for breakfast. Simple 5 ingredient pudding in 5 minutes. There are many benefits of adding chia seeds to your diet, they are a gluten free protein with all the essential amino acids your body requires.
